When initially planning my trip, I specifically coordinated my departure around rush hour times in Minneapolis; flight departure at 3:40p, so get to the airport by 2p to avoid crazy traffic. This worked perfectly. What u didn't account for was landing smack in the middle of Seattle rush hour - this was less than perfect. In any case, a 45 minute can ride into the city later, I made it to my home for the next 7 days.
The primary phoo included in this post was the first photo I took this morning. Having the sunrise being the first thing I wake up to will never get old, especially when the Space Needle makes a regular appearance. While in Seattle, I plan on uploading shots of my daily ventures into the city to share; Pike Place Market, The Space Needle, as well as some of the local unintentional models performing in their everyday lives.

So far, I've captured merchants hard at work at the Pike Place Market, a toddler's first look at the Bay Area from the Space Needle and a couple taking their first trip together. I'm looking forward to sharing all of these moments with you - be sure to stay tuned. I don't want you to miss this.
